The decision to write an informative review of burn the fat feed the muscle was the result of a quick visit to the product website. At first glance, this program appears to focus on bodybuilding rather than diet.

Or is this false advertising?

The decision to write an informative review of burn the fat feed the muscle was the result of a quick visit to the product website. At first glance, this program appears to focus on bodybuilding rather than diet. The product banners, book cover and website prominently feature pictures of body builders with gorgeous well defined muscles. But where are the pictures showing the chubby kid in high school before he became a fitness model?

What further research revealed…

Obviously, I can’t base a serious review on a quick glance at the product site, so I will carefully examine the claims on the sales page.

*Learn how to get rid of fat without drugs or supplements.

*Lose stubborn fat without slowing your metabolism.

*Your current diet might be making you fatter.

What was I thinking…

Reviewing a sales page is idiocy! After purchasing the book, here is my revised review of Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle.

This book is an incredible nutritional resource. There’s a tremendous amount of information and it’s worth every minute invested. Once you understand how a healthy eating plan works, you are on the road to a healthier lifestyle.

If you have been concerned about the side effects and expense of drugs and supplements, relax. Burn the Fat will show you how to lose fat and build muscle the all natural way. Best of all, you will learn how and why these natural techniques work. Armed with this knowledge you will be able to control your weight and body composition confidently for the rest of your life.

You’re probably familiar with the yo-yo effect. You go on a severely limited low calorie diet and drop 20 pounds. But in a few months, you let the diet slide a bit and suddenly, you’ve gained 25 pounds! Calorie restricted diets slow your metabolism. When more food becomes available your body stores it as fat, just in case another famine is looming in the near future.

Did you know that you can lose weight while gaining fat. It’s true! If you diet without monitoring the effect on your body composition or muscle to fat ratio, you could be losing muscle mass instead of fat.

This e-book contains 337 pages of no fluff information on nutrition and workouts that will help you achieve your weight and fitness goals. It doesn’t matter if you just want to lose a few pounds or completely reshape your body. Everything you need is here. I didn’t just write a review of Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle, I put it into practice. This is the last nutrition and fitness book you’ll ever need to purchase.
