The cookies can be eaten at any time during the day when you feel hungry and not at set meal times such as breakfast or supper. You are also asked to drink 8 glasses of fluid a day. You will also take a nutritional supplement which will be provided with your order.

The cookie works because it is made up proteins which suppress hunger like rice, bran and oats. They do not contain any drugs. They aren’t the tastiest treat you will ever encounter but they certainly do the job of suppressing your hunger and keeping your sweet tooth at bay.

After you’ve lost the weight you want to lose you will need to change to a low calorie diet with exercise such as the one offered by Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle.
