One of the most famous American boxers was Muhammad Ali. Muhammad Ali was known as the greatest boxer of all time. He was born on January 17, 1942, and he was a three-time World Heavyweight Champion. And needless to say, the 12-year-old Muhammad Ali, within weeks, had his first boxing fight and his first win. And from then on, the boxing career of Muhammed Ali was in motion. The main thing to keep in mind was that Muhammad Ali had to work hard to get the physically fit body that he obtained through training.

Sylvester Stallone played “Rocky Balboa” in the 1976 boxing film, titled “Rocky”. In fact, Sylvester Stallone was not only the lead actor in the film “Rocky”, but Sylvester Stallone also wrote the script and was inspired to write this script after seeing the Muhammad Ali fight against Chuck Wepner on March 24, 1975. Sylvestor Stallone’s boxing training and courage and boxing matches portrayed in the movie were so outstanding, that the film “Rocky” was nominated for ten Academy Awards. Rocky won the Best Picture, Best Directing, Best Production, and Best Editing Academy Awards, which goes to show that boxing and fitness as portrayed in this film, was highly praised.
