1. Walk on an inclined surface

Don’t confuse this with INEFFECTIVE WALKING on a flat surface. These are 2 totally different things. Not only does this help extend your life, but it burns off fat like crazy.

What you do is set a treadmill to an inclined position of 10-15 degrees and walk for 15-20 minutes on it. Or, find a hill. Either one works. Most people screw up walking and make it a BIG WASTE OF TIME… but not you. This small incline adjustment makes a HUGE DIFFERENCE!

2. Jump on a $25 mini-trampoline

If you go to the gym and only use the treadmill, stairstepper, and stationary bike… you can cancel your gym membership and go buy one of these instead. It’s superior and more versatile… while saving you money and time.

Jump on it whenever you get a chance… a minute here, a minute there. I recommend you jump on it during tv commercials while you watch tv… and DON’T LIE TO ME and say you hardly ever watch tv! This saves you from having to schedule a workout. So watch tv, enjoy it, but when a commercial comes on… GET JUMPING!

Do this for a minimum of 20 minutes a day.

3. Hula Hoop

Want to tone your whole waist and hips area… then hula hooping is what you want to do. Do it for 5 minutes a day… total. This gives you a beautiful feminine shape.
