Fat Loss 4 Idiots, the mere name makes it seem silly and stupid. I believe that it is the …for dumies book series that helped these guys come up with the name. The name really hides the genius parts of this weight loss scheme.
Fat Loss 4 Idiots is build around a diet called the calorie shifting diet and they have taken it one step further. The calorie shifting diet is old but proven to work and with the new twists added it becomes one killer diet.
The basic idea behind calorie shifting is to shift calories, duh? Well, it makes your body and your metabolism confused. You consistently feed it with a calorie type that it doesn’t expect. This makes your body open the fat cells and increase the thermogenesis (the burning of calories).
This part is excellent in Fat Loss 4 Idiots, however they consistently write that exercising is overrated. That disturbs me more than the stupid name. They have a great product in their version of calorie shifting and then they tell you that you shouldn’t exercise? Disturbing.
Of course you have to exercise, perhaps not to lose weight but to improve your health. Losing fat is great but it alone will not increase your stamina, not reduce the risks of secondary diseases and it will not improve the way you fell. But perhaps it is better to be thin and deprived than fat and deprived? You be the judge.
Earlier we had this misconception that losing fat was extremely difficult but today there are this easy option. Why do we believe that exercising is so hard? Lets say that you should start doing exercises three times per week and one hour per session. Seems difficult? Well, the first times you probably feel some pains but that will go away. After a couple of weeks you have made exercising a routine and you will be well on your way to a thinner and healthier lifestyle.
In conclusion, fat loss for idiots shares a great diet but don’t believe their nonsense about no exercising. You should exercise, I cant stress that enough!
