What is P90X and Insanity hybrid workout?
Friends, if you have been browsing the web, you heard this term “Hybrid.” Now, you’re interested because you heard the results from real people about Insanity and P90X.
Hybrid workout is something that is done by users of these programs… There’s no dedicated workout plan or schedule one must follow- you can mix or match any way you want.

P90X is a workout created by Tony Horton designed around the term muscle “confusion.” P90X is designed to get you in great shape in 90 days. This workout has 3 phases, which will confuse your muscles to react and grow. Each phrase is designed for 3 weeks with a rest week that follows right after. With P90X you have muscle building workouts like chest/back, shoulders, arms, and legs. So with these workouts you will need barbells, a pull-up bar, and/or bands. Also P90X has cardio workouts that will scorch calories, such as plyo, kempo x, yoga, core synergistic, cardio x, and Stretch x.
Insanity is a workout created by Shaun T designed around the term (Max Interval Training). Insanity is designed to build lean muscles in 60 days. This workout is pure cardio with muscle building exercises using only your body weight. There’s no need for barbells, pull-up bars, or bands… Insanity is setup on 2 phases; each phase has 4 weeks with 1 rest week in between them. Like I said earlier, Insanity is pure cardio, so you burn calories at a faster pace. Insanity has over 10 cardio sweat dripping, cardio blasting workouts.
The combined workouts-
By combing these two workouts, you will have “RESULT” city! You can arrange the workouts any way you like, but you will get massive results by having a plan.
