There are a lot of people that are working on their health right now. But usually, their problem would be the love handles, pot belly and spare tires. What I mentioned was that lose fat on the side of your tummy. Yes it’s easy to gain a lean muscle any other place other than the tummy.
What’s with the tummy? Our tummy is a symbol of sex appeal. This is what men and women would usually show of f rather than their biceps because working on your tummy takes patience and endurance.
Excess fat means being unhealthy. Excess fat puts a person in greater risk of having heart disease and diabetes compared to other people that have fats on their thighs, buttocks and hips.
There are two kinds of fat. The good fat is called visceral fat. It’s stored within the body and protects our internal organs. This is something that you need to retain.
The bad fat is called subcutaneous fat. This is the one that everyone hates the most. It’s the floppy fat that you’ll see when you jump around.
To lose this fat, you just need a good diet, and a great exercise. Maintaining a healthy and an active lifestyle wouldn’t decrease your fat in an instant. However, you’ll see results as time goes by. Losing the floppy belly won’t take you a day or a week. It’ll normally take you at least a month to see the result.
Research shows that the quickest way to lose fat in terms of exercise is weight training and aerobics. I’d go for the weight training because it helps me develop a firmer body.
A protein diet is important if you want the floppy fat out. Resistance and cardiovascular training should be maintained in order to burn fat continuously.
Maintaining an alternate routine of strength and cardiovascular training for six times a week will make a person lose 20.6% fat in 12 weeks. If you don’t have time, you can do at least three times a week and maintain your diet.
The fat in our body is stored energy. So it means if you have too much fat in you, you don’t use up the energy you intake. Causing your body to store it and yes, pile it up.
