Eat natural foods most of the time.

You can cheat a little bit.

As long as you eat clean for 90% of the time you can have junk food the other 10% of the time. This accelerates fat loss and makes eating right easier since you can eat junk guilt free. If you eat 5-6 small meals a day then you can have 3-4 cheat meals each week.

Limit your starchy carbs.

Foods like bread, pasta, rice, and oatmeal should only be consumed early in the day like for breakfast or after a workout. Since your body only needs them for energy you should have them at these times of the day so that they do not turn into fat and effect your progress.

Do effective ab exercises.

Exercises like reverse crunches target your abs more than regular crunches. The way you do these is by laying on the floor with your legs up in the air and your knees bent at 90 degrees. Then bring your knees back so they touch your chest and then forward again.

Get some variety.

Ab exercises are not the only exercises you should be doing. To really accelerate fat loss do compound exercises like squats, push ups, and rows. These really help burn fat and build muscle because they work more than one muscle group including your core.
