In order to get rid of a pot belly you need to do cardiovascular exercise. Cardiovascular exercise can be jogging, cycling, or any activity that gets your heart beating and your body sweating. You are going to need to work hard, you are going to need to restrict yourself from snacking, and you are going to stop listening to those late night infomercials that will tell you that you can do sit ups and get results. I mean sure you will get results, don’t get me wrong, by doing sit ups you will get yourself a great looking and sexy set of abs. The only problem is though that no one will be able to see them under that layer of fat. So in order to get rid of a pot belly we need to get rid of the layer of fat while also strengthening the abs.

So instead of listening to what you want to hear, listen to what is a proven fact. In order to get rid of a pot belly you need to do cardiovascular exercise. Once you have done the hard work then and only then will you see the results. Then and only then will you get rid of a pot belly.
