Burn off stomach fat by eating three specific vegetables. That’s a good deal, right?

The most powerful class of vegetables are the cruciferous vegetables. They are a wonderful family of vegetables. Besides being one of the healthiest vegetables you can eat they the ability to prevent the build up of belly fat. An even greater reason to eat them they are known to be potent cancer fighters. They prevent the transformation of normal cells into cancer cells.
